Bad delivery time, and transparency

Ordered something three weeks ago, no package has arrived. Track and Trace shows the package hasn't even left yet....

Be aware

Be aware. No matter if you choose a european region, the goods will still be shipped from the usa. So you additional need to pay customs taxes.

Very,very bad company

If I could I would give this company zero stars. I am still waiting for my order since April 4, 2021. For any future customers, all I can say is "buyer beware".......

terrible shop

Terrible shop. Biovea is pretending to be a local shop and then ships the products from a US warehouse.
Obviously the products end up in customs and a considerable extra amount is to be paid.
I spent 279 DKK at Biovea and I can now expect a customs bill of about 220 DKK. This is rediculous.
I have written to Biovea support and I can get a refund only when the products are back in their warehouse (sent back by Danish customs). In the case that Danish customs would destroy the package I can get a credit at the shop! If I actually pay for the customs, then I could also get a credit (they didn't say how much) at their shop. Seriously, do they think that I will order from them again?!
Avoid this shop!

Constantly reply emails coming from you

I have send a request to your Australian customer care centre and received a reply, but now the reply from you is just constantly coming in and it won’t stop, there is no phone number on your site to be able to call and get them to fix this HELP PLEASE STOP THESE reply emails coming in to me

From the USA, slow delivery

Like the other reviews here, there is of no mention the product comes from the USA, nor is there any mention of current delivery delays due, you only find this information out after your order has been placed and shipped.
Delivery said 6-8 working days, the estimated time exceeded 8 working days. It took them 2/3 days to actually post it, and then since it has been posted (2nd March) it has been stuck on “ OUTBOUND EXPORT CUSTOMS CLEARED” I contacted them, get told it’s because of covid delays and there’s options on the website that tell you about the delays after you’ve paid. No idea how long I’ll have to wait, I’ll allow a few more weeks before requesting a refund.
While I appreciate delivery is out of their hands I’ve had deliveries from abroad not take this long, they should use another carrier. I’ve since ordered the product from a UK based company and it came the next day.
Some advice if you want to stop the bad reviews
Clearly state on your website when ordering that orders are shipped from the US, and due to the pandemic items are taking considerably longer than normal and maybe delayed by a few week. If people then place the order after seeing that then they know what they know what to expect, the issue is most people don’t know this until it’s too late and wouldn’t have ordered having known that.

Have just received my order after 3 weeks very pleased. Delay must be due to pandemic.

I ordered (number 42577063) melatonine 3 weeks a go, nothing has arrived. No phone number, no email where to contact, the tracking number takes you to the biovea site to shop no tracking, no way of contacting. Is this a scam?

Ordered 6 weeks back still no delivery

I made an order of melatonin on Dec 30 2020 and still haven't received my order or had any update. Today is 4th Feb 2021. I think this level of service is unacceptable as other compaines are managing their deliveries.
Really not happy with the situation.

I have ordered an item which never arrived, didn't get any refund any customer support anything. I have ordered on BIOVEA Denmark, take care whoever will order from there

Be careful buying from Biovea now

Do be careful buying from Biovea now. I used them in the past and never had problems, but now there is absolutely zero customer services. My order has been now 5 weeks. I'm chasing support, they said refund or re-deliver ive asked for redeliver but there is no sign of that on the system. I keep writing back to them but i get a different support person who writes back and sends me the standard reply they copy and pasted. If they could be bothered to read my case and emails they would see i have already sent so many emails to try and find out but nothing is getting done. I would like a refund now but i cant even get a reply for that.

Reading these reviews are quite concerning. I placed an order and have not received a confirmation email. Reading these reviews makes me really concerned. Please can you send me order confirmation and an update with estimated arrival times. This would greatly ease my mind. Thank you
